Suya is a delicacy enjoyed by many Nigerians and also popular in some other West African countries. Suya has its origin from the Hausa people of Northern Nigeria but it is the most beloved street food in Nigeria. There is a lot of secrecy about how the suya spice is made, the ingredients and even the ratio and quantity of the spices used. Just like every meal may have the same ingredients but the quantity or how it is prepare makes the difference. It is the same way with suya.
Ingredients:
1 cup kuli kuli
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 seasoning cube
