So cutting down the cook time for the turkey gives you more time for other things and dinner would be ready in no time which gives you more time to hang with the family. No matter the size of your turkey, cooking it this way will definitely save time compared to cooking the same size whole.
Ingredients
12 lbs turkey
1 lemon (zest & juice)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp crushed rosemary
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp rubbed sage
2 seasoning cubes
2 fresh habanero peppers
Set oven to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C
Cook time 2 hrs
