This is a Nigerian style of porridge made with brown beans, sweet potatoes and ham hocks porridge. It is very easy, colorful and extremely delicious. You would ask for more
Ingredients:
3 cups Honey Beans (Brown bean)
4 Smoked Ham hocks (Smoked turkey as substitute)
3 units Sweet Potatoes
2 Habanero Peppers
2 Bell Peppers
1 red Onion
1/2 cup Palm Oil (or any vegetable oil of choice)
2 Seasoning Cubes
Salt to taste
